I do not think it is acceptable due to the fact that the animals could go through medical breakthroughs as well

Yes animals don't have to pay taxes so who cares about them.

I believe that animal testing should not be banned but there must be strict regulations on how to do animal testing. For instance, testing could be limited to smaller animals and the testing must result in no pain whatsoever to the animal.
