How does the portrayal of women in superhero movies and comics influence your idea of strength?

While I agree that there should be more women portrayed as superheroes, I also believe that we need to show more women in everyday roles. We need to see more working single-mothers, more college students working two jobs that aren't just average 19-year-old white guys, and more representation in general for women of color especially.

it portrays them in a powerful way so more women are more confident to go into roles of power

i find it stupid they try to make women stronger than men

Men would want to control women with their lives and choose if they keep the baby or not.

I think it helps strengthen the minds of younger women when growing up

There is WAY more men as super heroes and I think that young girls may think only men CAN be super heroes.
