Yes I do. Cities everywhere need to be identifiable besides the "I have a large skyscraper" identity most cities have, go for something more artistic.

First make sure nobody is injured. Then put the money toward things to make the world better. Not toward a windmill. There are starving and dying people and you are worried about a windmill!?

The windmill on top of the world famous Moulin Rouge cabaret club in Paris has lost its sails. The blades fell onto the street below in the early hours of the morning. The cause of the collapse isn't clear. Police say there were no injuries. The first three letters of the "Moulin Rouge" sign have also fallen off.
