The vaccine thing is a bit weird, but he is only advocating for government funded studies to be done, not legislation banning them. So his beliefs on that front are largely inconsequential in his role as president. I'm much more in favor of his housing policies, agricultural policies, and his concern with the national debt. He has a history of challenging massive corporations and winning.
And with how he is polling, he has a legitimate chance at winning enough electoral votes to win the House vote for the presidency as a compromise candidate.
